Design and development
The website is designed and developed by Jinni S.r.l. It is a static website built with Astro, with no CMS and no database.
Use of artificial intelligence
Jinni develops software with the help of artificial intelligence, and this website was built the same way: part of the code and texts were written or translated with artificial intelligence tools and then checked, corrected and approved by the Jinni team before publication.
Some visual content, such as the featured images of the Digital Portfolio and of the custom software projects, has been generated or edited with artificial intelligence tools and is used for illustrative purposes. Software screenshots show real interfaces; the people, places and situations depicted in illustrative images do not identify real customers, employees or cases, unless otherwise stated.
Technologies and credits
- Typefaces: Poppins, Inter and Open Sans, distributed under the SIL Open Font License and hosted on the website’s servers, with no requests to external services.
- Icons: Font Awesome Free (icons under CC BY 4.0, font under SIL OFL).
- 3D animations: some pages use the Three.js library (MIT license), hosted on the website’s servers. It is used for graphics only and collects no personal data.
- Statistics: Umami (MIT license), installed on Jinni’s servers; see the Privacy Policy.
- Graphics and videos: some materials were created with Canva, in accordance with its license terms.
Trademarks
The Jinni name and logo and the Kamzan® trademark, together with the names of the Kamzan ecosystem products, belong to Jinni S.r.l. and may not be used without written permission. Other trademarks, product and company names mentioned (for example Shopify, WordPress, Lenovo) belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification purposes only.
Intellectual property
Texts, images, graphics, videos, code and structure of the website are protected by copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941) and other applicable laws. Reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without the written permission of Jinni S.r.l., except for quotations citing the source. The work shown in the Digital Portfolio is published with the consent of the respective clients, who retain their rights.
Content and limitation of liability
The information on this website is provided for general information and commercial purposes. Jinni S.r.l. strives to keep it accurate and up to date but does not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions; it does not constitute a contractual offer.
