Skalenda.me is the system a company uses to book meeting rooms, parking spots and fleet vehicles from one interface, with real-time availability.
the problem
Shared resources — meeting rooms, parking spots, vehicle fleet — were managed with spreadsheets and email threads: ghost bookings, double assignments, no visibility into what was free and when.
what we did
We built a multi-tenant web app that centralizes the booking of every resource: each user sees real-time availability, books in a few clicks and gets reminders, while admins control rules, statistics and access.
